Since opening in May 2004, Establishment has swiftly received acclaim as Manchester's leading restaurant, winning the only star awarded in the city centre by the Egon Ronay Guide 2005 & 2006.

Set amid the palatial marbled splendour of a Grade II listed former banking hall, Establishment's dining room is the most spectacular in the city.
