Middlethorpe Hall and Spa

Middlethorpe Hall, a magnificent William III country house close to the city of York, provides a delightful setting for weddings and receptions, standing in 20 acres of gardens and parkland. The Hall has been sympathetically restored to its former glory.

We are able to offer a variety of wedding packages from the smaller, more intimate wedding party using our Yellow Room overlooking the south lawns to a Civil Ceremony in the Barlow Room, followed by wedding breakfast in the Grill Room.

Our Head Chef Lee Heptinstall has produced a selection of Wedding Breakfast Menus and these can be varied to suit your requirements. The excellent selection of wines compliment high standards of cuisine, and our sommelier will be only too happy to advise.

To make this special occasion outstanding, you could reserve bedroom accommodation on your wedding eve and make use of Middlethorpe Spa, where you will be able to pamper yourself with a variety of Health and Beauty treatments.
