Commonly known amongst the Brighton bohemians as 'the ballroom'; its history spans over 200 years and has been used as a mausoleum, a ballroom, a boxing club, a high class gentleman's club and even as an air raid shelter during WW2. Proud Ltd fell in love with its unique history and baroque decor instantly and have invested time, money and a lot of love to restore it to its former majestic and grandiose state.

Set in the heart of Kemptown Proud Cabaret Brighton offers exclusivity and intimacy in a self-contained space that provides formal seating for up to 150 guests and a standing capacity of 220, making it the perfect venue for all private events including wedding and civil ceremonies, evening receptions and wedding breakfasts.
