Stanwell House is licensed for civil marriages and provides a dramatic setting for that most romantic of days. The ceremony takes place in the vast conservatory, a bright, lofty room with old York stone flags and banquettes covered in vibrant tomato velvet and smothered in cushions.

Overlooking the garden, the Bistro setting is beautiful, with wooden floors, jewel bright cushions and huge steel mirrors which look spectacular by candlelight, and the food is fabulous.

Friendly and relaxed, close to the marinas and New Forest. The hotel has 29 bedrooms including four posters and suites.
