The Lost Village of Dode
As its name implies The Lost Village of Dode is situated in arguably one of the quietest and remote locations in the busy South East yet only 30 miles from Central London.
Hidden at the head of a valley tucked away in the North Downs of Kent, the Marriage Room comprises the only remaining building of a once thriving village deserted for over 650 years.
Built of both flint and oak some 900 years ago, Dode offers a magical and mystical setting for civil partnerships and civil marriage ceremonies. The floor is covered with straw and the lighting is provided by braziers and candles.
